Which areas does Gantabya cover?+
Gantabya covers Kathmandu Valley—including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur districts. Trips outside the valley are not supported.
Do I need an account?+
No. Version 1.0.0 works without registration. Search for a destination, pick a route, and go.
Why does the app ask for location?+
Location is optional. Grant it to use your current position as a starting point or to receive trip guidance alerts while you travel. You can always type a place name instead.
Are arrival times guaranteed?+
No. Gantabya is a planning tool. Traffic estimates and schedules are indicative. Always allow extra time and verify critical trips independently.
How do I report a wrong stop or route?+
Email support@gantabya.app with the route number, stop name, and what looks incorrect. We review reports and update the route catalog.
Is my data sold to advertisers?+
No. We do not sell personal information or use your data for third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
